Comfortable King Room and great breakfast options. However, breakfast charges were unclear and disappointing for a Hilton.

absoluteley dissapointed! room service was a total joke, had to pick up my dinner myself like a commoner, and there was no water anywhere, outrageous! with all the issues, I expected a complimentary gesture—maybe some snacks would have sufficed. woudl ve been nice. my stay was almost good, but not quite.

I enjoyed the comfy room, but surprise charges really bothered me.

Had a solid stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! The beds were super comfy, and the breakfast spread offered plenty of tasty choices. Just a couple of issues with housekeeping, but overall, it was a nice spot to unwind after a long trip.

Unfortunately, my room had several issues. The air conditioning unit was loud, and the walls were quite thin, making it hard to enjoy a peaceful night. Additionally, the first room I received was not properly cleaned, with sticky marks on the walls that made me feel uneasy about my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn El Paso Airport. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Angel in the bar/restaurant, who kept us entertained. The location was easy to access, and the common areas appeared very clean and new.

Great Location with Excellent Breakfast

I had a wonderful time during my stay with my family. The breakfast spread was not just plentiful but included delicious options like southwest beans and rice, which my vegan daughter loved. The rooms were comfortable, and even though we were close to the freeway, it was surprisingly quiet. A small area for improvement would be to enhance the fitness center with more equipment.

We really enjoyed our stay, and the kids loved the nearby Lone Star Golf Course for some fun outdoors. The hotel was clean, and we appreciated having access to the pool area. Plus, the friendly staff went above and beyond to accommodate us during our visit.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was comfy enough for our family. The adjustable beds were nice, letting us find the right level of firmness. However, there were some cleanliness issues I noticed. it could have been tidied up better. Besides that, the quietness of the room was a great surprise considering the location right off the freeway.
